Tri-County Technical College Receives Silver Paragon Award for"I Gave at the Office" Internal Campaign

Congratulations to Tri-County Technical College for receiving the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations Silver Paragon award, recognizing outstanding achievement in communication, for their "I Gave at the Office" employee campaign case for support.

From its introduction…

"I gave at the office. It's a familiar phrase we've all probably used at least once-usually to politely decline a solicitor's request.

Not this time.

This time we're going to say it-loudly and proudly-to let everyone in the community know that we don't just work at Tri-County, we believe in and support the College in every way possible. It's the rallying cry of our six-month-long faculty and staff appeal to jumpstart a five-year major gifts campaign aimed at bringing in a record-breaking-and much needed- $9 million to support the College's programs and its students."

to its final paragraph…

"We thank you! Your investment will enhance Tri-County Technical College's ability to always put learning first and to be the role model for community college education for the next 50 years! So go ahead, Give at the Office!"

This marketing piece is packed full of personality and appeal. With its catchy style of writing and clever illustrations, it is not surprising that it received national recognition and led the way in capturing a 99% percent participation rate during Tri-County Technical College's employee campaign in addition to building momentum to launch their $9 million major gifts campaign.
