St. Petersburg College Conducting National Search for Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Foundation

The St. Petersburg College (SPC) Board of Trustees is conducting a national search to fill the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Foundation. The individual filling this position will serve as the leader of the foundation and become SPC's chief development officer. Applicants must be experienced, ethical and principle-based leaders who possess fundraising experience as well as the ability to communicate SPC's mission and embrace the culture of St. Petersburg College.

Founded in 1927, as Florida's first two-year college, as well as the state's first community college to offer four-year degrees, St. Petersburg College has always been a leader. Today SPC has nine learning sites throughout Pinellas County, serving more than 63,000 credit and non-credit students annually. It consistently ranks among the nation's top 10 community colleges for degrees awarded.

The St. Petersburg College Foundation is dedicated to the past, present and future students of St. Petersburg College. It works to advance the mission of the college by developing partnerships and raising funds that are used for scholarships and to support college programs.
