A Collaborative Effort

It is our pleasure to share with you an article that outlines the tremendous success one of your two-year peer systems and their associated colleges have enjoyed in raising private-sector resources. The article can be found in the most recent edition of “Advancing Philanthropy.” In today’s economic climate, we all know the increasing value private dollars play in enhancing our system’s and institution’s abilities to provide excellence. We invite you to read and review what the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) has accomplished, and the ways it is leading and demonstrating how private assistance is making a difference in what they are able to do in their state.

The article features a dialog between its author and the architects of Kentucky’s success—including our firm’s founder, Mr. Ray Clements—as they provide information about the process and results of their work. We are thrilled for our partner’s success to be recognized by the prestigious Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and we are honored to have been included in AFP’s recognition of KCTCS.

Understandably, the Clements Group is also proud of KCTCS’s recognition by the Council for Aid to Education, which names KCTCS as having received the most charitable contributions given to a state’s two-year college system. This is an outstanding achievement and we feel most fortunate to be part of this growth and vitality. As a firm, we believe that both the length and the breadth of our partnership have played a part in the results they are now enjoying.
